The church's buildings and grounds belong to the members of Christ Lutheran Church.  Although the Property Committee oversees the maintenance of these assets, the assistance of the congregation is necessary for mowing grass, snow removal, painting, landscaping, repairs, and the like.  Normal cleaning is performed by a paid custodian.  Routine items requiring repair or replacement are posted for members to volunteer.  New members are invited to participate in the committee's activities, in repairing items, and on specifically designated member participation days, e.g., spring yard clean-up.
