Christ Lutheran is a proud supporter of Micah Ministries. Micah Ministries takes its mission from the biblical call of Micah 6:8, which lists doing justice, loving kindness and walking humbly with God as things the Lord requires of us. Since 2005, this message has inspired the ways that Fredericksburg’s faith community cares for local neighbors in need. Combined, Micah’s many ministries provide holistic care to people experiencing a housing crisis.
Micah Ministries often hears from individuals or groups who want to help with the great things that are happening in work with our homeless neighbors in need. Here are just a few suggestions for things you can do to get involved in our ministry to people experiencing homelessness.
